During the visit of the historic center, you will visit the main attractions of the Medina, including the Jemaa el-Fna Square, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia Mosque and the souks, a labyrinth of smells, colors and of flavors. Tour Plan
Our tour will mainly cover the most exciting sights of Marrakech. We’ll meet at Jemaa el-Fnaa square at **9:30 AM** or **2:30 PM**.
**9:30 / 14:30 - Saadian Tombs (45 minutes)**
We’ll begin with a visit to the Saadian Tombs, located about a 10-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Here, you’ll see the intricate designs and learn about the rich history of the Saadian dynasty.
**10:15 / 15:15 - El Badi Palace (45 minutes)**
From the tombs, it’s a short walk to El Badi Palace. We’ll explore the ruins of this once magnificent palace and its large central courtyard.
**11:00 / 16:00 - Coffee Break at Café Kasbah (30 minutes)**
We’ll take a break at Café Kasbah, located near El Badi Palace. Enjoy Moroccan mint tea or coffee while taking in the views.
**11:30 / 16:30 - Bahia Palace (1 hour)**
A 10-minute walk from the café leads us to Bahia Palace. Here, you’ll explore lush gardens, stunning architecture, and richly decorated rooms.
**12:30 / 17:30 - Medersa Ben Youssef (1 hour)**
Next, we’ll head to the Medersa Ben Youssef, a 15-minute walk away. This historic Islamic college offers a beautiful courtyard and intricate tile work.
**13:30 / 18:30 - End of Tour at Jemaa el-Fnaa**
We’ll conclude our tour at Jemaa el-Fnaa, the bustling square in the heart of Marrakech. You can explore the market stalls, enjoy fresh juice, and soak in the lively atmosphere.
Our tour will take approximately 4 hours, ensuring you see the most captivating historical sites while also having time to relax and enjoy Marrakech’s vibrant culture.
We offer two time slots for this tour: a morning option from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and an afternoon option from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
If you prefer a more in-depth experience, there is also the possibility to book a full-day city tour from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Please contact us to arrange this option.
